This simple procedure can be completed in as little as two to three visits. At the first visit, we will discuss your goals and plan for your new smile. At the second visit, your teeth are prepared for porcelain veneers by removing a surface layer of enamel. Unlike crowns or caps, veneers require very little removal of the natural tooth. Impressions are taken, and temporary veneers shaped similar to your final veneers are placed. These temporary veneers are used as a guide to allow us create the exact size and shape of veneers that look perfect for your smile. The porcelain veneer is then custom-designed to fit perfectly over each individual tooth.
